User Agreement

Welcome to Sariyaz Web Design, a web design and development firm. This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you and Sariyaz Web Design ("Sariyaz," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our website, services, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not access or use our Services.

1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

(a) use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;

(b) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our Services;

(c) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice from our Services;

(d) use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access our Services;

(e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services;

(f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services or its related systems or networks;

(g) use our Services to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam;

(h) use our Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair our Services;

(i) use our Services to infringe upon any person's intellectual property rights; or

(j) use our Services to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Services and all content and materials contained therein, including without limitation, software, text, graphics, images, logos, and trademarks (collectively, "Content") are owned or licensed by Sariyaz and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content for any purpose without our prior written consent.

5. User Content

Our Services may allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, including without limitation, text, images, videos, and other materials (collectively, "User Content"). You retain ownership of all User Content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and display such User Content in any media or format, whether now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to submit the User Content and grant the license above; (b) the User Content does not violate any third party's intellectual property or other proprietary rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights; and (c) the User Content complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
